The Revenants have had a gory goth glow-up that makes them instantly identifiable, with layers of what looks like thick white make-up and deep black rings around the eyes. And it’s not just the look that’s changed. Revenants will have changes to their attacks or their behaviors to make each encounter a killer thriller. By focusing on specific attacks or fighting differently, they’ll force even seasoned Dead Island 2 veterans to mix up their tactics or tweak their builds. Some will also appear in new locations that the team wasn’t able to utilize in the main campaign, while familiar locations will be turned upside down.
