Dalton Andrew and James Richards fired second-period goals for the Flyers, while Avery Anderson and Nicolas McKee added empty-netters late in the contest.
Malachi Klassen turned aside 24 shots to post the shutout between the pipes for Winkler.
The Flyers collide with the Miramachi Timberwolves on Tuesday night in a matchup of the top two squads in the five-team pool.
