Grammy winner Thelma Houston entertains at El Mocambo soirée for TFS

Class was in session at the El Mocambo on April 27, as Toronto French School, the self-described “Canada’s International School,” held its Diamond Soirée to help raise money for the creation of two new TFS buildings. Grammy-winning singer Thelma Houston performed for the crowd, which included parents, teachers, staff, alumni and sponsors, who ultimately contributed more than $725,000.
